Forest of Bowland Fishing Barnsfold Waters

This Trout Fishery is situated in the shadow of Beacon Fell Country Park. There are two Lancashire fishing lakes, Barns and Beacon, each approximately eleven acres. Both lakes offer excellent bank fishing. Boats are also available. Barnsfold Waters is open throughout the year and lure fishing with a sinking line produces quality fish during the winter months. Several top restaurants in the surrounding area have Barnsfold Waters Trout on the menu, such is the quality of the fish.

Anglers can expect good sport using imitative patterns, and buzzer fishing is especially good. Barnsfold Ranbow are hard fighting, firm fleshed and make superb eating.
